Parking is available all day within the club and on the street.
Your ticket is valid for one person.
Lunch will be provided and tea and coffee is available for the duration of the workshop. (Please let us know if you have special dietary requirements.)
You will also receive a copy of the presentation and notes from the day.

Although the Customer Service Workshop has been designed for anyone who wishes to learn, we believe those in the Customer Service Roles will benefit the most as they are the front line of your business interacting with the customers all the time. Bring your ideas, challenges and thoughts on the day so we can try and address these as we learn and have fun.
