Fees and Charges

This is our standard rate for onsite computer repair services.

We believe its value for money, specially when some of our competitors can be around 30% or more expensive.

There is no call out fee if you are located within our service area and the first hour in most cases is enough to solve most challenges.

After the hour, the time is charged in 15 minutes increments.

Please note all Fees and Charges exclude GST.  

We love challenges and we figured you would love the rewards.

If we can solve your problem within the first 15 minutes of the appointment and you have nothing else for us to look at, your appointment will only cost $80 ex. GST.

Who else rewards you for their achievements?

Every case is different and we like to be covered for most cases, we value your business and have designed these fees to maintain flexibility without soaring prices.

No Shows and Service Cancellations and with less than 24 Hours notice have a $50 fee.

This can be waived if the next service if rescheduled immediately. 🙂

Same Day Booking Fee:     $50

Applies only if an existing booking has to be cancelled or rescheduled to attend to your appointment.

Saturdays Fee:     $50 surcharge per job.

Applies only if the booking is made with less than 24 hours notice.

Sundays and Public Holiday Fee:     $99 surcharge per job.

After 6pm Hourly Surcharge:     30%

We also enjoy life-work balance.
